Rob was elected to membership in the PGA of America in 1994. Until 1996 he served as the head golf professional at Hoover Country Club, Hoover, Alabama. From 1996 to 2001, Rob was at Stillwaters Resort, Dadeville, AL as Director of Golf Operations and later as Director of Resort Operations. Since then Rob served as Club Manager/Director of Golf at Limestone Springs, Oneonta, AL. Rob joined the Overlook team in March 2008.

Bobby was elected to membership in the PGA of America in 2009. He completed his college education through the Professional Golf management program at Coastal Carolina University, including internship at Pebble Beach Golf Links. He previously was on the professional staff at the prestigious Sage Valley Golf Club located in Aiken, South Carolina. Sage Valley Golf Club is listed in the top 10 golf retreats nationwide, with Augusta National holding the top spot on that listing. Bobby joined the Overlook team February 1, 2010.

After Graduating from Auburn University with a B.S. degree in Agronomy and Soils, Zack worked as Assistant Superintendent at Auburn University Club. From 2004 to 2006 Zack was First Assistant Superintendent at Berkley Hall Golf Club which is rated in the top fifty golf communities in the nation and has hosted both USGA national amateur championships. Zack joined the Overlook team in 2006 and is a member of the GCSAA and GGCSA.
